Instructions
- 1In a large pot, bring the whole milk to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
- 2Once the milk reaches a boil, add the vinegar and stir gently for one minute until the milk curdles and separates from the whey.
- 3Place a muslin cloth over a bowl and pour the curdled milk into it. Rinse with 2 to 3 glasses of water to remove the vinegar's tanginess.
- 4Gather the muslin cloth and squeeze out excess water. Place it on a wooden board and set a heavy object on top for 15 minutes to form a block.
- 5Remove the heavy object and unwrap the paneer. Cut it into desired shapes and sizes.
