Instructions
- 1Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5–7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs or 7–9 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Immediately transfer to cold water to stop further cooking.
- 2Spread 10 g of mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Chop the boiled eggs and distribute evenly over the bread. Season with salt and freshly crushed pepper.
- 3Chop the onions and coriander leaves, then sprinkle them over the eggs. Spread softened butter on the outside of the bread for a golden crust.
- 4Heat an iron skillet or tawa over medium heat. Place the sandwich buttered side down and press with a flat pan for even grilling. After 1 minute, butter the second side, flip, and grill for another minute.
- 5Serve the grilled sandwich hot with ketchup and green chili sauce.
