Ingredients
- 2 units Maggi masala noodles
- 2 units Egg (Scrambled)
- 2 units Onions, chopped
- 2 units Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 units Green chillies
- 0.2 cup Coriander leaves (Chopped)
- 0.5 teaspoon Kitchen king masala
- 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric
- 0.25 teaspoon Red chilli powder

- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 2.5 cups Water (For cooking noodles)

Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add green chillies and sauté briefly. Add chopped onions and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to brown. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- 2Add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, and kitchen king masala to the onion-tomato mixture. Cook for 1 minute on low heat. In a separate pan, scramble the eggs until cooked, then add them to the masala mixture. Stir in the Maggi taste maker and mix well.
- 3Add 2-3 cups of water to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the Maggi noodles and cook for 2 minutes, covered, over medium heat. Stir well, add chopped coriander leaves, cover again, and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Increase the heat to high for a few seconds before turning off the flame.
- 4Turn off the heat and serve the Egg Maggi Masala hot, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired.
