Ingredients

  • 2 slices White bread
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1.2 cups Whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 whole Banana (Optional)
  • 3 whole Strawberry (Optional)
  • 1 handful Blueberry

Instructions

  1. 1In a shallow, wide bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly. Add the milk, sugar, and cinnamon powder, and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully soaked.
  4. 4Place the soaked bread onto the heated pan. Cook on medium flame until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
  5. 5Repeat the soaking and cooking process with the second slice of bread.
  6. 6Serve the French toast warm with optional sliced banana, strawberries, and blueberries. Optionally, drizzle with maple syrup for added flavor.
