  • 2 units Potato, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. 1Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Sauté briefly until the spices are fragrant.
