Baked Salmon with Garlic, Parsley and Dijon Mustard

This is a quick and healthy salmon recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 unit/count Salmon
  • 0.5 cup Parsley (Chopped fine)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black crushed pepper (Adjust to the spice level you want)
  • 1 unit/count Lemon juice (Juice from 1/2 small lime)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard sauce
  • 1 unit/count Lemon
  • 4 unit/count Garlic cloves (Cut finely)

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, combine the parsley, finely chopped garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black crushed pepper. Mix thoroughly to create a uniform seasoning mixture.
  2. 2Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and coat it with olive oil to prevent sticking. Cut the salmon into fillets and place them on the prepared baking pan. Evenly distribute the seasoning mixture over each salmon fillet. Place a slice of lemon on top of each fillet for garnish.
  3. 3Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place the baking pan with the salmon in the oven and bake for 14 minutes. Then, broil at 550°F (288°C) for an additional 1 minute and 30 seconds. Ensure the internal temperature of the salmon reaches at least 125°F (52°C).
