Chicken Macaroni Cake/Macaroni Pola
This is a spicy and delicious chicken cake made with macaroni, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 250 grams Chicken, boneless (Cut into small pieces)
- 250 grams Macaroni
- 2 units Onions, finely chopped
- 2 units Green chillies, finely chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
- 0.5 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 handful Coriander leaves
- 4 units Egg (Beaten)
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 1 cup Vegetable oil (For frying chicken)
- 2 cups Water (For boiling macaroni)

Instructions
- 1Rinse the macaroni thoroughly. In a pan, bring two cups of water to a boil with a pinch of salt. Add the macaroni and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess water and set aside.
- 2Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces. Mix with turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, and black pepper powder. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked through.
- 3In a pan, heat coconut oil. Add onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, and a pinch of salt. Sauté until onions are translucent. Stir in turmeric powder and garam masala, then remove from heat.
- 4In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the cooked macaroni, fried chicken, and onion masala. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- 5Grease a cake pan with ghee. Pour the egg and macaroni mixture into the pan. Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 10-15 minutes until set.
- 6Remove the cake from heat and let it cool slightly. Serve warm and enjoy with your loved ones.
