- 3.5 units Ajwain Leaves (Use 3-4 mature leaves)
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- 1Select perfectly mature ajwain leaves and wash them thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- 2Place the washed ajwain leaves on a hot tawa and allow them to become warm.
- 3Squeeze the warmed ajwain leaves by hand to extract the juice, collecting approximately 2 tablespoons.
- 4Combine the extracted ajwain leaf juice with 1 tablespoon of honey and consume immediately.
