Ajwain Decoction
A decoction of ajwain and cumin seeds to aid digestion.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Also known as carom seeds)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Also known as jeera)
- 3 cups Water
Instructions
- 1In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
- 2Add ajwain and cumin seeds to the boiling water. Continue to boil until the liquid is reduced to half its original volume, approximately 1.5 cups.
- 3Strain the decoction and consume it 3 to 4 times a day, with intervals of 3 to 4 hours between servings.
