- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour and salt. Gradually add water while mixing to form a soft, smooth dough. Knead well and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- 2Divide the rested dough into small balls. Lightly coat each ball with wheat flour. Using a rolling pin, flatten each ball into small discs on a roti board.
- 3Heat oil in a kadai over high flame. Once hot, carefully slide in the flattened dough discs. Adjust the heat between medium and high as needed, and fry each disc until golden brown and puffed. Remove and drain on paper towels.
