Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Poha, thick (Thick poha)
- 1 unit Onions, big size (Big size)
- 1 unit Potato, normal size (Normal size)
- 2 units Green chillies
- 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 3 tablespoons Coconut, grated
- 1 unit Lemon (3/4 tbsp juice of lemon)

Instructions
- 1Thoroughly wash the poha in a colander and drain well. Set aside with a splash of water to keep it moist.
- 2Dice the potato into fine pieces. Cut the onions into small pieces. Shred or grate the coconut. Extract 3/4 tablespoon of lemon juice from a lemon. Finely chop coriander leaves for garnishing.
- 3Fry the diced potatoes in oil until they are cooked through. Once done, set them aside.
- 4Heat a shallow pan and add oil. Once hot, add finely chopped onions and green chillies. Sauté until the onions become translucent. Add the cooked potatoes, turmeric, and salt. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add the rinsed poha and mix well. Cook until the poha becomes soft, adding a sprinkle of water if necessary.
- 5Once the poha is ready, add grated coconut and sauté for a minute. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot.
