Step 1
Put a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil.when it is hot,add onion,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger,garlic and salt. Saute well till the onions are transparent.
Step 2
then add turmeric powder,Corrionder powder,black pepper powder,garam masala and mix well.cook it for 2 minutes.
Step 3
now,add cleaned and chopped mutton into it along with curry leaves and Corrionder leaves.adjust the salt.add enough water(don’t add more).cook it for 25-30 minutes on medium flame.
Step 4
Now we will make coconut milk.for that,in a mixer grinder,take one cup of grated coconut and a half cup of cashews.grind it well adding little water and take the milk of it.
Step 5
add this coconut milk to the cooked mutton and combine well.add the chopped potatoes into it.adjust the salt and cook for 5-6 more minutes.

delicious mutton kuruma is ready!!Enjoy!!
