The seeds should be sun dried for one day and peel off the skin with a knife and cut in halves.

Step 1
Take a pressure cooker.transfer the chopped jackfruit seeds into it.add little water.
Step 2
Then add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt.allow it to cook on medium flame for 4-5 whistles.(if you are not using pressure cooker you can cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame)
Step 3
once it is done,take another pan.add coconut oil.when it is hot,add mustard seeds.when the seeds splutter,add curry leaves,onions,green chillies into it and sauté well.adjust the salt.
Step 4
Transfer this to the cooked jackfruit seeds and mix well.
Step 5
Enjoy the healthy and yummy jackfruit seeds curry with rice!!
