Ingredients

  • 4 medium Peaches
  • 1 cup Pineapple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Apricots
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Orange juice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 pound Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 1/4 cup Rum (or Madeira)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and pit the peaches. Slice the peaches and add them to a large dish. Add the sliced pineapple, apricots, strawberries, and raspberries to the dish.
