HONEY PUDDING

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 6 ounces Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 each Lemon zest (Grated rind of half a lemon)
- 2 each Egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 each Egg whites
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, bread crumbs, milk, ginger, lemon zest, and egg yolks. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 2Add the butter to the mixture and stir. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the honey mixture.
