Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Halibut fillets (Cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 medium Onion (Chopped)
- 1 medium Carrot (Chopped)
- 1 Celery stalk (Chopped)
- 2 medium Potato (Peeled and diced)
- 6 cups Fish stock
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt (Or to taste)

Instructions
