Welsh Rarebit, No. 2

  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 pound Mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoonful Salt
  • 1/2 saltspoonful Dry mustard

Instructions

  1. 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and cream.
