Réchauffé of Fish
A simple dish of flaked fish, macaroni, and tomato purée, heated with butter and seasonings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked fish, flaked
- 1 cup Macaroni, cooked
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Tomato purée
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

- 8 drops Tabasco sauce
Instructions
- 1Ensure the cooked fish is flaked. Cook the macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Have the tomato purée ready.
- 2Melt the butter in a skillet or blazer over medium heat. Add the cooked macaroni and flaked fish to the melted butter and toss to combine.
- 3Add the salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce to the mixture. Stir in the tomato purée. Ensure the tomato purée is well reduced and the mixture is heated through.
