Oysters in Chafing Dish (Waldorf Style)

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 36 oysters Oysters
- 1/2 cup Oyster crabs
- 12 caps Fresh mushroom caps
- 1 stalk Celery

Instructions
- 1Wash the oysters and remove any shell fragments. Clean the oyster crabs. Peel and cut the mushroom caps into squares. Cut the braised celery into squares.
- 2Heat the butter in a chafing dish or skillet over medium heat. Add the oysters, oyster crabs, mushroom caps, and celery. Cook until the oysters plump up, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the remaining butter and stir until melted.
