Escalloped Oysters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream (Or strained oyster liquor.)
  • 1 cup Oysters

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, stir the cracker crumbs into the melted butter until evenly combined.
