French Dressing, Chiffonade

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoonful Salt
- 1/4 teaspoonful Black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoonful Cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoonfuls White wine vinegar or lemon juice
- 6 tablespoonfuls Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoonful Prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoonful Onion juice
- 1 egg Hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 1 teaspoonful Chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoonful Red pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoonful Green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoonful Cooked beets, chopped

Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add vinegar or lemon juice and oil. If desired, add prepared mustard and onion juice. Mix well until emulsified.
