Instructions

  1. 1Chop the cold corned beef very fine. Use one-fourth of the fatty corned beef.
  2. 2Work French mustard, or any prepared mustard, into the chopped meat to taste.
  3. 3Prepare the sandwiches in the usual way, spreading the corned beef mixture on bread. Boston brown bread combines well with this preparation.
