Instructions

- 2Rub the inside of a salad bowl with the cut side of the garlic clove. Discard the garlic clove.
- 3In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 4In the prepared salad bowl, combine the cooked French beans and chopped parsley. Pour the vinaigrette over the beans and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately or chill for later.
