Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 T Vinegar
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 2 T Oil
  • 1/4 t Paprika

Instructions

  1. 1Peel the tomatoes and cucumber. Cut them into one-third inch cubes. Finely chop the onion.
  2. 2Mix the cubed tomatoes and cucumber with the chopped onion. Add the vinegar, salt, oil, and paprika to the vegetables.
