Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
- 5 pieces Chicken (Chicken breast or drumsticks)
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 6 teaspoons Tandoori Chicken Masala
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric
- 3 teaspoons Red Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
- 3 teaspoons Coriander Powder
- 1 unit Lemon
- 2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi
- 1 to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil (For grilling)

Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tandoori chicken masala, crushed kasuri methi, salt, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- 2Make 2-3 slits in each chicken piece and add them to the marinade. Mix thoroughly to ensure even coating. Cover and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
- 3Heat oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken pieces on the pan. Cook until all sides are well-browned and cooked through.
- 4If using a BBQ grill, place aluminum foil on the grill and spray with oil. Once hot, place the chicken pieces on the foil and cook until all sides are browned.
- 5Serve the tandoori chicken hot with a side of coriander chutney.
