Garlic Knots

These novel garlic knots are handy because they can be made ahead of time and reheated when needed.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Milk- 2% (Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits)
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut each biscuit into thirds. Roll each piece into a 4-inch rope and tie into a knot, tucking the ends under. Place the knots 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
  2. 2Bake the knots in the preheated oven until they are golden brown, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine the olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Add the warm knots and gently toss to coat them evenly.
