Instructions
- 1Wash the tomatoes and carrot thoroughly.
- 2Place the diced tomatoes and carrot into a pressure cooker. Add 1/2 teaspoon of white salt and a cup of water. Cook until two whistles are heard.
- 3Allow the cooked mixture to cool to room temperature.
- 4Transfer the cooled mixture to a mixer grinder and blend until smooth.
- 5Rinse the mixer grinder jar with water and add it to the soup to achieve the desired consistency.
- 6In a saucepan, bring the soup to a boil. Stir in the sugar and black pepper powder.
- 7Garnish the soup with coriander leaves and boiled peas before serving.
