Turmeric Milk/Golden Latte
A great warm and soothing drink which is anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial.
Ingredients
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric (Organic turmeric is preferred)
- 1 serving Whole Milk (You can use any other alternative for milk. But whole milk is recommended.)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 count Almonds (Finely chopped)

- 1In a pot, combine the whole milk and turmeric powder. Bring the mixture to a boil, allowing it to cook for at least 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- 2Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Optionally, add finely chopped almonds for additional texture and flavor.
