- 1In a large vessel, beat all the eggs thoroughly. Add the sugar and continue to beat until well combined. Powder the slice of white bread, excluding the brown edges, and incorporate it into the egg mixture. Beat until smooth.
- 2In a large vessel, heat 100 grams of ghee over a low flame. Pour the prepared egg batter into the vessel. Cook slowly until the base turns golden yellow, then carefully flip the cake to cook the other side.
- 3Allow the cake to cool down completely. Once cooled, cut into pieces and serve. Note: Use a larger vessel as the batter will expand during cooking.
