Shatavari Milk
A healthy drink for women, often referred to as a woman's best friend.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Shatavari powder
- 1 glass Whole Milk (Take 1 glass of milk.)
- 1 tsp Sugar (Optional, to taste.)
Instructions
- 1Pour 1 glass of whole milk into a saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon of Shatavari powder to the milk.
- 2Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the milk to a boil. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3If desired, add sugar to taste. Stir well to dissolve the sugar completely.
- 4Pour the Shatavari milk into a cup and serve hot. It is best consumed before bed.
