Agase Beeja Chutney Pudi / Flax Seeds Powder
A simple, delicious, and healthy chutney powder ready to eat with chapati or rice.
Ingredients
- 250 grams Flax seed (Dry roast)
- 15 units Dry red chillies (Dry roast)
- 30 units Garlic cloves
- 2 inch Tamarind (raw)
- 15 sprigs Curry leaves (Dry roast)
- 4 teaspoons Cumin seeds (Dry roast)
- 1 to taste Salt
Instructions
- 1Individually dry roast the flax seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves, and cumin seeds until they are aromatic and lightly browned.
- 2Using a mixer grinder, grind the roasted ingredients along with garlic cloves and tamarind into a fine powder.
- 3Mix in salt to taste. Store the chutney powder in an airtight container. Serve with chapati or rice.
