Ingredients
- 50 gms Cocoa powder
- 75 gms Milk powder
- 100 gms Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 5 unit/count Cashews (Cut into small pieces)
- 8 unit/count Raisins
- 0.5 cup Water (Just enough to cover the sugar)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, thoroughly combine the cocoa powder and milk powder until well mixed.
- 2In a vessel, combine the sugar with just enough water to cover it. Heat over a low flame and boil for 7 to 10 minutes on high flame, ensuring the sugar dissolves without solidifying.
- 3Remove the vessel from heat and add the ghee to the sugar syrup. Stir until the ghee is fully melted and incorporated.
- 4Add the cashews and raisins to the sugar syrup, followed by the cocoa and milk powder mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure a smooth, lump-free consistency.
- 5Grease a plate with ghee and pour the chocolate mixture onto it. Allow it to solidify for 30 minutes to 1 hour before cutting into desired shapes.
