Cocoa Chocolates

Ingredients

  • 50 gms Cocoa powder
  • 75 gms Milk powder
  • 100 gms Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 5 unit/count Cashews (Cut into small pieces)
  • 8 unit/count Raisins
  • 0.5 cup Water (Just enough to cover the sugar)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, thoroughly combine the cocoa powder and milk powder until well mixed.
  2. 2In a vessel, combine the sugar with just enough water to cover it. Heat over a low flame and boil for 7 to 10 minutes on high flame, ensuring the sugar dissolves without solidifying.
  3. 3Remove the vessel from heat and add the ghee to the sugar syrup. Stir until the ghee is fully melted and incorporated.
  4. 4Add the cashews and raisins to the sugar syrup, followed by the cocoa and milk powder mixture. Stir thoroughly to ensure a smooth, lump-free consistency.
  5. 5Grease a plate with ghee and pour the chocolate mixture onto it. Allow it to solidify for 30 minutes to 1 hour before cutting into desired shapes.
