Instructions
- 1Thoroughly clean the mangoes in water and wipe them dry with a cloth. Set aside.
- 2In a pot, bring the water to a boil and dissolve the salt in it. Allow the salted water to cool completely.
- 3Transfer the cooled salted water into a wide-mouthed jar. Add the mangoes one by one, ensuring they are fully submerged. Seal the jar and store for at least one month before use.
- 4To serve, remove a mango from the jar and place it on a plate. Add smashed green chili, smashed garlic cloves, and a drop of coconut oil. Smash all ingredients together and serve as a side dish.
