Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and when the oil is hot add mustard seeds. Wait for it to splutter.
Step 2
Add green chillies and garlic. Saute it till the garlic is light brown. Add onions, green peas and beans to it. Saute till the onions turn transparent.
Step 3
Add tomatoes to this and add turmeric, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Saute and cook till tomatoes looks mushy.
Step 4
Add 2 cups water to this and let it boil. Add 1/2 cups Saffola masala oats to this and let it cook for 2 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves
