Step 1
Heat butter in a pot and add the chopped garlic and chopped green chili to it.
Step 2
Once the garlic is partially cooked, add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil
Step 3
Add Oats to the boiling water with a pinch of salt and cook on a medium flame till its cooked to desired consistency
Step 4
While Oats is cooking, heat another pan and add some butter to it
Step 5
Once the butter is warm crack an egg into the pan keeping the yolk intact and keep the flame on medium
Step 6
Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika on the egg and cover the pan to cook the egg.
Step 7
Once you see a white film form over the egg yolk, take it off the pan.
Step 8
Serve the oatmeal in a bowl with the egg on top and garnish with some grated cheese and cilantro.
