- 1/2 pound Granulated sugar
- 6 count Egg yolks
- 1 small wine glass Rum
- 1/4 pound Cornstarch
- 1/4 pound All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 6 count Egg whites
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 5-7 minutes using a stand mixer or hand mixer.
