NUT LOAF

Ingredients
- 2 cups Soft bread crumbs
- 1 cup Chopped walnut meats

- 1 tablespoon Chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 whole Egg

Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the soft bread crumbs, chopped walnut meats, butter (or butter substitute), hot water, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and chopped parsley. Mix well to combine.
- 2Add the egg to the mixture and mix until everything is well combined. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
- 3Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter. Place the loaf in the greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown. Baste the loaf with the cooking juices as it bakes.
