Ingredients
- 1 pair Kid leather gloves, dirty (Must be genuine kid leather)
- 1 cup Pure spirits of turpentine (Enough to fill a small basin for hand washing)
Instructions
- 1Wash and dry your hands thoroughly to ensure they are completely clean before handling the gloves.
- 2Pour spirits of turpentine into a small basin, enough to submerge your gloved hands comfortably.
- 3Put the dirty kid gloves onto your clean hands, fitting them properly as you would normally wear them.
- 4Immerse your gloved hands in the turpentine and wash them as though you were washing your bare hands, rubbing the gloves together and working the turpentine into all areas until the gloves are completely clean.
- 5Carefully remove the gloves from your hands and hang them up in a warm place or in an area with good air circulation.
- 6Allow the gloves to air dry completely in the well-ventilated area. The air current will carry off all smell of the turpentine as they dry.
