BEEF TEA
This savory, restorative beverage offers a rich and comforting alternative to tea or coffee, featuring concentrated beef extract dissolved in hot water. The deep umami flavor is enhanced with a simple seasoning blend of salt, pepper, and aromatic celery salt for a satisfying savory kick. Traditionally served with a side of cracked ice to adjust the temperature, this classic "bartender's broth" makes for a unique and warming non-alcoholic option.
