- 4In separate bowls, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Dilute the whipped cream with milk and beat again briefly.
- 5Gently fold the beaten egg whites and diluted whipped cream into the thickening gelatine mixture. Then, fold in the chopped prunes and figs.
- 6Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving dishes. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
