Shrimps with Peas
A simple dish of shrimps and peas in a cream sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pint Shrimps
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
Instructions
- 1Rinse the shrimps and drain. If using frozen peas, thaw them. Measure out the cream.
- 2In a saucepan, combine the shrimps, peas, and cream. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the shrimps are cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly, about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
