Lobster à la Bordelaise

Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Carrot
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 pound Lobster Meat
- 1/4 cup Brandy

- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions
- 1Chop the garlic and slice the carrot. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
- 2Add the chopped garlic and sliced carrot to the melted butter. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the carrot starts to soften. Remove the carrot from the pan.
