Buttered Lobster

Instructions
- 1Pick the meat from a boiled lobster and cut it into small pieces. Sift over the lobster meat the coral.
- 2Mix the lobster meat and coral with the vinegar or lemon juice, butter, cayenne pepper, and dry mustard in a blazer or pan.
