Lobster à la Newburgh

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized lobsters Lobster meat
  • 4 tablespoons Butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons Brandy

Instructions
