- 1Pour the aspic into pans. Sprinkle with fine-cut Spanish pimentos.

You can also use shrimps, salmon or other fish, chicken, veal, tongue, sweetbreads, etc., with lettuce or chopped celery, cress, cucumbers, etc. Alternatively, use the vegetables without fish, flesh, or fowl.
