Cheese d'Artois

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoonfuls Butter
- 1 each Egg white
- 2 each Egg yolks

Instructions
- 1Cream the butter in a bowl. Beat in the egg white and egg yolks. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and paprika. Mix well to combine.
- 2Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll the pastry very thin and cut it into two rectangular pieces. Lay one piece on a baking sheet and spread with the cheese mixture. Cover with the second piece of pastry.
- 3Score the top pastry layer with a knife in strips about 1 inch wide and 3 inches long. Brush the top with beaten egg. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
