Instructions
- 1In a small bowl, whisk together salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper or paprika. Add the vinegar or lemon juice and whisk. Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking constantly until the dressing is emulsified. If desired, whisk in the prepared mustard and onion juice.
