Caviare Sandwich Rolls
A classic sandwich roll recipe featuring caviar, onion juice, and lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Caviare
- 20 drops Onion juice
- 4 drops Lemon juice
- 1 loaf Fresh bread
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 4 inches Ribbon
- 8 toothpicks Chinese toothpicks
Instructions
- 1In a small bowl, combine the caviare, onion juice, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
- 2Remove the crusts from the bread and cut the loaf into thin slices. Spread each slice delicately with butter, then spread with the caviare mixture. Roll up each slice and secure with ribbon or Chinese toothpicks.
