Artichoke Salad (For game)

Ingredients
- 3 Oranges

Instructions
- 1Peel three oranges, removing the pith and white skin. Slice the oranges lengthwise. Use an equal amount of tender blanched celery stalks, cut into inch lengths. Prep time: 10 minutes
