- 1 ounce Ginger
- 1 ounce Mustard
- 1 ounce Black Pepper
- 3 Coriander Seeds
- 3 Turmeric
- 1/4 ounce Cardamom
- 1/4 ounce Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 ounce Cinnamon
- 1/4 ounce Cumin Seeds
Instructions
- 1Measure out all ingredients: 1 ounce ginger, 1 ounce mustard, 1 ounce pepper, 3 of coriander seed, 3 of turmeric, 1/4 an ounce cardamons, 1/4 ounce cayenne pepper, 1/4 ounce cinnamon, and 1/4 ounce cumin seed.
- 2Pound the ingredients fine, then sift them.
- 3Cork the curry powder tightly in a bottle for storage.
